Extra prints are available after a package has been purchased starting at $10 for tabletop prints and $75 for wall portraits. An outdoor bridal session may be added to any package for $50.

how do we reserve you for our wedding?

A signed letter of agreement and a deposit (1/2 of the price of your package) is what does it! Often i'll set up a phone appt so I can get to know more about what you're looking for and find out about your wedding day. When it's decided that we're the ones you'd like, call or email to reserve your date and send the agreement with your deposit.

would you travel to our wedding destination?

Absolutely! It's becoming very common for you to pick a photographer and have them come to your wedding.

- travel between 50-100 miles is $100

- travel between 101-300 miles is $500

- travel more than 300 miles is $1000 plus airfare for two

- international travel negotiated

do you need a photo list?

I appreciate the effort that goes into compiling those 5 page long lists, however, they usually hinder me from creating a real story of your day. What's most helpful is a very detailed schedule of the day. In addition to that, the info sheet I'll send a couple months before the wedding has a space for jotting down special details that I wouldn't know about otherwise (like carrying your grandmother's hankerchief around your bouquet).

we'd like to add rehearsal coverage!

I love it...it's so fun to get to know you through the eyes of your family and friends. This is available (3 hour minimum) at an hourly rate of $150.

you aren't available for my date...what should i look for in another photographer?

First, all my apologies! Please forgive me! So here's my advice: book as early as possible. Many photographers schedule one wedding per day (and I schedule one wedding per weekend) so while other wedding vendors like florists and cake designers handle multiple weddings in a day, popular dates for photographers are reserved several months (occasionally a year) in advance.

Second, study their photographs to determine whether their images tell a story beautifully. Did they capture special moments? Are their photographs interesting and do you get a sense of the feeling of the day? How do the people in the photographs look? That can be a good sign of how the photographer interacts with those they work with.

Third, pick a photographer you feel comfortable talking with and LIKE. Unlike most of your other wedding vendors who you'll see occasionally throughout the day, your wedding photographer will be nearby for most of it (so choose someone you wouldn't mind sharing it with).

will I be able to view my photographs on-line?

Absolutely! we'll have a private gallery available to you and whomever you share the link with for 30 days.

will Sam be my photographer?

Yes, Sam personally photographs every wedding. On most occassions, there will be a 2nd photographer to help capture all of your special memories.
